    After arriving in Manali in the early morning, you will be received by our representative at the Manali Volvo bus stand and then transferred to the hotel. Relax, freshen up and enjoy your breakfast. After that, set off towards a half day city tour of Manali. The places which you will be visiting are Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Temple and Tibetan Monastery. All of these spiritual destinations are both and exciting and popular in their own right, and are important historically, culturally and aesthetically.   • Day 2
    Manali (excursion to Solang Valley)

    After enjoying your breakfast, prepare yourself for a trip to Solang Valley. Beautifully laid out between Solang Valley and Beas Kund, the views surrounding this region are a photographer’s delight. Its slopes deserve a special mention, for they are extremely famous among tourists. During winters, the slopes are clothed in a fine sheet of snow, making skiing a highly sought after activity. Come summer, and those very slopes wear a new garment of pure green, also creating the perfect conditions for paragliding. Skiing is so popular here that there is a mountaineering institute dedicated to it which offers several training courses in the sport.     Manali (Excursion to Kullu-Manikaran )

    Enjoy your breakfast breakfast , then visit the Kullu valley: It is a broad open valley in Himachal Pradesh, India, formed by the Beas River between Manali and Largi. This valley is famous for its temples, beauty and its majestic hills covered with pine and deodar forest and sprawling apple orchards. Next place this tour covers is Manikaran. Located in the Parvati Valley, it is revered as a holy and spiritual destination by both Sikhs and Hindus. Apart from the spiritual destinations, Manikaran is most famous for its hot water springs, whose hot waters are said to contain special properties that cure various kinds of ailments.     Shimla (Local sightseeing + Kufri excursion)

    Enjoy your breakfast and then set off for an entire day of sightseeing to Kufri. Located in close proximity to Shimla, its snow covered slopes are best suited to skiing and tobogganing. Afterwards, you will also visit the Jakhoo Temple in Shimla, which is also Shimla’s highest point and offers spectacular views of the surroundings. Cancellation Policy

After confirming a tour/holiday package, the passenger/traveller can cancel their booking as per the terms and conditions of the yoho travels private limited.



1.) Cancellation charges will also be applied for any extra services availed including extra night accommodations etc prior to, during, and after the tou.


2.) for cancellations in the tour/Holiday package bookings, travels private limited will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.


3.) In the event of any natural calamity/disaster or unprecedented political unrest, if any changes need to be done in the Holiday packages, refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of relevant service providers.


4.) The Company reserves the right to cancel any Tour/holiday package prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such case, the money paid will be fully refunded in Indian currency (INR) only, but no compensation shall be payable.



yoho travels private limited reserves the right to amend or cancel travel arrangements at any point of time.



if, yoho travels private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, the liability will be limited to the cost of travel arrangements.



There will be no partial refunds provided for any unused services on the tour.



Yoho travels private limited has set up standard cancellation policy and may also vary from package to package, period of travel, from airline to airline depending on airline used for booking and also destination to destination. Customers are advised to check and understand the cancellation policies particular to the Holiday package to be booked.



CANCELLATION MADE 45 DAYS OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 45 days or more days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 25% of the package cost which will be considered as a cancellation fees.



CANCELLATION MADE 22 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 22 to 30 days prior to departure, the customer will have to incur 50% of the package cost as a cancellation fees



CANCELLATION MADE 16 TO 29 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 16 to 29 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost as a cancellation fees.



CANCELLATION MADE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 15 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost which he will have to bear as a cancellation fees.



FOR CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO FLIGHT TICKETS

It should be remembered that YOHO Travels is not responsible for the cancellation of flight tickets, as the policies surrounding them are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Any service booked by the customer of a non-refundable nature will remain non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation stage, following which the customer will have to incur the full costs of the cancellation.



For any cancellations in flight bookings, yoho travels private limited will follow the terms and conditions of respective flights.



In case of Cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be non-refundable, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The yoho travels private limited shall not be held responsible for any extra cost or any fees relating to the issuance/cancellation of air tickets or any other arrangements not done through the company.



As the services are booked several months before in advance, cancellation of such services results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation provided by the Supplier. Hence, any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation policy specified.



Cancellation of tours / services has to be in writing and clearly mentioning reasons for cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions.



The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit, in case of any cancellations. The cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of any reason for the cancellation of bookings. It is requested to understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the loss/damages that the yoho travels suffers on account of cancellation, and these loss/damages are ‘liquidated damages’ in legal context, which are payable without proof of actual damages. Clients agree not to dispute such cancellation charges, when you make any cancellation.



Each package has its own specific cancellation policy which will supersede the general cancellation policy of the yoho travels, in case of a tour cancellation.



If yoho travels private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.



In case your travel arrangements are affected by bad weather conditions or any unforeseeable circumstance, yoho travels private limited will provide alternate dates for the package, if the tour/holiday package has not already begun.



yoho travels private limited will try its best to address any alteration in your outward/return flights by less than 12 hours like changes in aircraft type or accommodation.



Cancellation in case of visa rejection


There shall be no refund in case of visa rejection.

If in case the customer is unable to travel on the tour booked, because of rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the said customer has the option to postpone the tour to any other future date or transfer the tour to any other tour and in such case the transfer fee for the transfer of the tour shall apply.
