    Madrid, Arrival

    HIGHLIGHTS: Transfer to the Gran Via district in the evening. Dinner will be included. You are in Madrid! As you arrive on the airport, you will find us waiting to take you to the hotel. Later, after a while, our guide will welcome you and give you the necessary information. You can also check the hotel s reception for the same. As the day ends, offers for trips to Plaza de Espana, Gran Via and Egyptian Debod Temple will be made. Indian dinner shall be included along with all this.

  • Day 2
    Madrid

    HIGHLIGHTS: Tour in the city of Madrid. Visits to the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas bullring and the Retiro park. Dinner included. This tour, which will be a guided one, will allow you to experience the pleasure of roaming around magnificent landmarks of the city, like the impressive Plaza Mayor (Main Square), its beautiful avenues and the fountains and also a stroll through the pleasant Retiro Park, which is there alongside the lake and the Crystal Palace. This tour also included a visit to the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas, a renowned building. Here we will get to know about the tradition of corridas in the bullfighting museum. After that you will have spare time for the rest of the afternoon. In the historical area, you will get to see the Plaza de Oriente which is located just opposite the Royal Palce. Indian/vegetarian dinner is also included in this. This will be followed by return to the hotel.

  • Day 3
    Madrid - Zaragoza - Poblet - Montserrat - Barcelona

    HIGHLIGHTS: Visit to the Basilica del Pilar. Also to a medieval monastery and then a ride on rack train. We will be leaving Madrid early in the morning to reach Aragon. In the mid-way, we will stop by Zaragon. Our guide will be accompanying the group till Basilica del Pilar, after which there will be free time with the group to enjoy the city centre and the sanctuary. Then we will be going to the Monastery of Poblet through Cataluna. Monastry of Poblet is one of the most acclaimed medieval monasteries. Entrance and guided tour is included in this. This will be followed by a visit to the Monastery of Montserrat. In this there will be a ride on rack train. Through this ride, one will be able to watch the beautiful views of the city. After that we will continue our journey to Barcelona in the late afternoon. Important Note: In the winter months of November to March, Monastry of Poblet may not be visited (because we would have to reach of Monastry of Montserrat in daylight).

    Barcelona

    HIGHLIGHTS: Barcelona city tour. Visit to the Spanish Village and transfer to Las Ramblas district in the evening. Indian dinner included along with this. This tour is about Barcelona. You will be exploring the city with a local expert (note: However, if the group has less than fifteen people, then the explanations may be provided by our guide). You will also be visiting the Gothic neighbourhood which dates back to the Middle Ages. We will get to see the area where the Olympic Games took place. We may also possibly see and photograph La Sagrada Familia basilica. La Sagrada Familia basilica which is a masterpiece designed by the architect Gaudi. This will also comprise the entry ticket to Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village), which is in open air and is one of the most renowned museums in Barcelona. You will get to go witness the unique traditions, folklores, architectural style and traditions of various communities of Spain. After that there would be free time left so that you can explore the city on your own. In the evening, there shall be transfers to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas areas. Indian Dinner is also included. This will be followed by subsequent return to the hotel.

    Barcelona- Peníscola- Valencia

    HIGHLIGHTS: We will be travelling south along the Mediterranean sea. During this, we will stop at Peniscola, which is a small town by the sea. After a short introduction provided by our guide, you will be left to explore the town on your own with its impressive fishing port, the beach and the castle. There will also be time for a walk. Afterwards, we shall travel to Valencia by which it will be lunch-time. This is third largest city of Spain, which is a blend of modernity and history. We will go through its fish market, the cathedral, its historic centre and avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences, which is a prominent tourist site in the city. In the evening, transfer will be offered to Plaza de Toros. Indian/vegetarian dinner included. And it will be followed by return to the hotel.

  • Day 6
    Valencia - Alicante - Caravaca de la Cruz – Granada.

    HIGHLIGHTS: Experience of tourist train in Caravaca. We will keep exploring the communities of Valencia. Then we will reach Alicante and walk through its avenues. This is a beautiful city located by the sea. We will have lunch there, following which we will head towards the Murcia region. Here we will get to see Caravaca de la Cruz, which is one of the 5 holy cities according to the Catholic Church. The city s church holds a relic of Jesus Christ’s Cross. This will also include a ride on the tourist train upto the historic area. Then we shall continue on our journey along the impressive scenic roads to Andalusa. Finally, at the end of the day, we shall arrive Granada.

  • Day 7
    Granada

    HIGHLIGHTS: Visiting the Alhambra. Transfer in the night. Indian dinner included. A full day guided tour including the entrance in the city of Granada. Visit to the delightful Alhambra palace which is surrounded by beautiful General life gardens which was originally built in the Arab times. By now, it will be time for lunch. The rest of the afternoon will be free so you can discover the sepulchre of the Catholic Kings. Following this, there will be evening transfer to Albaicin of Granada which is a World Heritage site along with the Alhambra. Here you can enjoy dinner in a restaurant in the streets of amazing Medieval Moorish quarter. Indian/vegetarian dinner included. This night you will have the opportunity to see the traditional neighbourhood of Sacramonte and attend a Flamenco dance show. Note: the Nazari palaces in the Alhambra complex allow limited number of people to get inside. Our visit may take place in the afternoon which will be depending on the timetable in which we can be allowed. As a matter of chance of we being not permitted inside, (which is very improbable), we will set to see Alcázares, which has similar architectural features as the Nazari palaces.

    Granada - Malaga - Marbella - Ronda - Seville.

    HIGHLIGHTS: The beautiful village of Ronda in Andulasa. We shall depart from Granada and head on to the Costa del Sol in Malaga. Then we will ramble through its historic centre with its cathedral and the amazing Picasso Museum. We shall carry on our journey along the coastal roads with its captivating views of the Mediterranean sea. We will get to see Pureto, a renowned recreational port. We shall keep strolling through the hills through the afternoon and to the stories of bandoliers till we arrive at Ronda. It is a beautiful white town. It has a big gorge that divides the town into two. After that we shall head on to Seville, where we shall arrive by the end of the afternoon.

    Seville

    HIGHLIGHTS: Guided tour in Seville with a local expert. Boat trip on river Guadalquivir. Transfer to the city s historic centre in the night. Dinner included. After the breakfast, there will be trip through the beautiful city of Seville. Prominent places here include the Cathedral and its Giralda, scenic neighbourhoods of Santa Cruz and the Triana, the spectacular Plaza de Espana and the banks of the Guadalquivir river. (Note: For groups having less than fifteen travellers, it can be arranged in both Spanish and English). Then there will be boat trip on the Guadalquivir, and you will enjoy the panaromic views from the boat. After that there would be good deal of spare time so that you can enjoy it yourself.     Seville - Cordoba - Consuegra – Madrid

    HIGHLIGHTS: Visit to Cordoba and windmills in Consuegra. We shall depart from Seville along the valley of Guadalquivir river to the city of Cordoba. This will be guided tour where there will be visit to the majestic Cathedral-mosque and also to the ancient synagogue with entrances included. Then we will have free time to ramble in this province with its patios of flowers. We will carry on our journey to Castilian lands after lunch. Then we shall pause at Consuegra where we will get to watch the stupendous 12 wind mills that are situated next to the castle. Then we will explore the La Mancha plain. There will be visit to the Venta Rucio windmill as well. Afterwards, we will return to Madrid where we will arrive by the end of the day.

Cancellation Policy

After confirming a tour/holiday package, the passenger/traveller can cancel their booking as per the terms and conditions of the yoho travels private limited.



1.) Cancellation charges will also be applied for any extra services availed including extra night accommodations etc prior to, during, and after the tou.


2.) for cancellations in the tour/Holiday package bookings, travels private limited will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.


3.) In the event of any natural calamity/disaster or unprecedented political unrest, if any changes need to be done in the Holiday packages, refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of relevant service providers.


4.) The Company reserves the right to cancel any Tour/holiday package prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such case, the money paid will be fully refunded in Indian currency (INR) only, but no compensation shall be payable.

if, yoho travels private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, the liability will be limited to the cost of travel arrangements.



There will be no partial refunds provided for any unused services on the tour.



Yoho travels private limited has set up standard cancellation policy and may also vary from package to package, period of travel, from airline to airline depending on airline used for booking and also destination to destination. Customers are advised to check and understand the cancellation policies particular to the Holiday package to be booked.



CANCELLATION MADE 45 DAYS OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 45 days or more days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 25% of the package cost which will be considered as a cancellation fees.



CANCELLATION MADE 22 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 22 to 30 days prior to departure, the customer will have to incur 50% of the package cost as a cancellation fees



CANCELLATION MADE 16 TO 29 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 16 to 29 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost as a cancellation fees.



CANCELLATION MADE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 15 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost which he will have to bear as a cancellation fees.



FOR CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO FLIGHT TICKETS

It should be remembered that YOHO Travels is not responsible for the cancellation of flight tickets, as the policies surrounding them are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Any service booked by the customer of a non-refundable nature will remain non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation stage, following which the customer will have to incur the full costs of the cancellation.



For any cancellations in flight bookings, yoho travels private limited will follow the terms and conditions of respective flights.



In case of Cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be non-refundable, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The yoho travels private limited shall not be held responsible for any extra cost or any fees relating to the issuance/cancellation of air tickets or any other arrangements not done through the company.



As the services are booked several months before in advance, cancellation of such services results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation provided by the Supplier. Hence, any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation policy specified.



Cancellation of tours / services has to be in writing and clearly mentioning reasons for cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions.



The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit, in case of any cancellations. The cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of any reason for the cancellation of bookings. It is requested to understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the loss/damages that the yoho travels suffers on account of cancellation, and these loss/damages are ‘liquidated damages’ in legal context, which are payable without proof of actual damages. Clients agree not to dispute such cancellation charges, when you make any cancellation.



Each package has its own specific cancellation policy which will supersede the general cancellation policy of the yoho travels, in case of a tour cancellation.



If yoho travels private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.



In case your travel arrangements are affected by bad weather conditions or any unforeseeable circumstance, yoho travels private limited will provide alternate dates for the package, if the tour/holiday package has not already begun.



yoho travels private limited will try its best to address any alteration in your outward/return flights by less than 12 hours like changes in aircraft type or accommodation.



Cancellation in case of visa rejection


There shall be no refund in case of visa rejection.

If in case the customer is unable to travel on the tour booked, because of rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the said customer has the option to postpone the tour to any other future date or transfer the tour to any other tour and in such case the transfer fee for the transfer of the tour shall apply.
