Cancellation Policy

In all matters related to cancellation of policy, the customer is bound by the following terms and conditions of the cancellation policy and expected to adhere to the rules and regulations mentioned therein. The amount of package cost to be borne by the customer will depend on the cancellation stages, which depends on the number of days before the departure date.


After confirming a tour/holiday package, the passenger/traveller can cancel their booking as per the terms and conditions of the yoho travels private limited.


Cancellation charges will also be applied for any extra services availed including extra night accommodations etc prior to, during, and after the tour.


For cancellations in the tour/Holiday package bookings, yoho travels private limited will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.


In the event of any natural calamity/disaster or unprecedented political unrest, if any changes need to be done in the Holiday packages, refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of relevant service providers.


The Company reserves the right to cancel any Tour/holiday package prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such case, the money paid will be fully refunded in Indian currency (INR) only, but no compensation shall be payable.


yoho travels private limited reserves the right to amend or cancel travel arrangements at any point of time.


if, yoho travels private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, the liability will be limited to the cost of travel arrangements.


CANCELLATION MADE 45 DAYS OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 45 days or more days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 25% of the package cost which will be considered as a cancellation fees.



CANCELLATION MADE 22 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 22 to 30 days prior to departure, the customer will have to incur 50% of the package cost as a cancellation fees.


CANCELLATION MADE 16 TO 29 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 16 to 29 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost as a cancellation fees.


CANCELLATION MADE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

In cases where cancellation is made 15 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost which he will have to bear as a cancellation fees.



FOR CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO FLIGHT TICKETS

It should be remembered that YOHO Travels is not responsible for the cancellation of flight tickets, as the policies surrounding them are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Any service booked by the customer of a non-refundable nature will remain non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation stage, following which the customer will have to incur the full costs of the cancellation.


For any cancellations in flight bookings, yoho travels private limited will follow the terms and conditions of respective flights.

In case of Cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be non-refundable, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The yoho travels private limited shall not be held responsible for any extra cost or any fees relating to the issuance/cancellation of air tickets or any other arrangements not done through the company.

As the services are booked several months before in advance, cancellation of such services results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation provided by the Supplier. Hence, any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation policy specified.

Cancellation of tours / services has to be in writing and clearly mentioning reasons for cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions.

The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit, in case of any cancellations. The cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of any reason for the cancellation of bookings. It is requested to understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the loss/damages that the yoho travels suffers on account of cancellation, and these loss/damages are 'liquidated damages' in legal context, which are payable without proof of actual damages. Clients agree not to dispute such cancellation charges, when you make any cancellation.

Each package has its own specific cancellation policy which will supersede the general cancellation policy of the yoho travels, in case of a tour cancellation.

If yoho travels private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.

In case your travel arrangements are affected by bad weather conditions or any unforeseeable circumstance, yoho travels private limited will provide alternate dates for the package, if the tour/holiday package has not already begun.

yoho travels private limited will try its best to address any alteration in your outward/return flights by less than 12 hours like changes in aircraft type or accommodation.

If yoho travels private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.


Cancellation in case of visa rejection

here shall be no refund in case of visa rejection.


If in case the customer is unable to travel on the tour booked, because of rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the said customer has the option to postpone the tour to any other future date or transfer the tour to any other tour and in such case the transfer fee for the transfer of the tour shall apply.

Dispute

here shall be no refund in case of visa rejection.

In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DELHI shall apply.
